Coach to Career is a transition-to-employment program that helps neurodivergent high school develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed for success after graduation. Through individualized career coaching, workplace readiness classes, job exploration, resume and interview preparation, social networking, and ongoing support, participants build a personalized path toward competitive employment or postsecondary education, achieving greater independence.
